DTZ McCombe Pierce have negotiated a letting of the 18/20 Castle Lane, Belfast comprising approximately 3,000 sq. ft. to The Works Stores Limited for their new Belfast Flagship Store.
This continues a resurgence in Castle Lane, where DTZ have have carried out lettings to Stradivarius, Tiger, Moss Bros and Ecco.
